FAQ
Are Court Filing Fees Included in the Pricing?
No, court filing fees are not included in our pricing. Typically the filing fees for Utah County are around $353. These fees are separate from our service charges.
Will my spouse need to be involved in the process?
Your spouse will have to sign the documents (digitally via email is an option). So you’ll need to be in touch with them & have them agree to the terms. Without their signature, your divorce will not get finalized.
